The first desulfurization slag thermal stewing plant micro-mist dust suppression project successfully passed the acceptance

In July 2017, the Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Base of Baosteel Co., Ltd., designed, produced, installed, guided and commissioned by Zhejiang Hangzhen Energy Technology Co., Ltd., the No. 3 pit micro-mist and dust suppression project in the desulfurization slag thermal simmering plant of Baosteel Co., Ltd. successfully passed the acceptance. After the implementation of the project, the height of dust and the scope of dust diffusion during the production operation of Pit 3 have been greatly reduced, and the dust suppression effect has been highly recognized by on-site operators and related leaders. The implementation of this project has also created a precedent for domestic use of micro-mist dust suppression technology to suppress high-temperature metal dust in steel mills and achieve success.
The project was signed in April 2017 and implemented. The equipment production was completed in early May and the on-site installation began. After installation, the following figure:

After a month of trial operation, it successfully passed the completion acceptance. After the project is put into operation, the on-site spray effect of the micro-mist and dust suppression system is turned on as shown in the figure below:

　　The dust suppression effect has fully reached the project goal. The dust suppression effect during the dump truck dumping operation is as shown in the figure below, and the dust will no longer escape the skylight:

　During the ladle dumping operation, the dust suppression effect is as shown in the figure below, and the dust will no longer overflow the skylight.

The dust suppression effect during the bombardment of the excavator is as shown in the figure below. The dust is quickly suppressed by the dry fog, and the visibility of the workshop has improved significantly.

The dust suppression effect during the slag dumping operation of the forklift is shown in the figure below. In order to ensure a good sight of the driver, only the upper spray is turned on. The dust concentration during operation is significantly reduced, and the visibility of the upper part of the workshop is significantly improved.
